We have been in the market for a new home ... and are anticipating a move this summer. I work with computers and websites and this site is very impressive. My hats off to the IT Team that designed this site. If as much care and information is put into your work as you do with your website, all I've got to say is you must have one heck of a business. I've seen twenty five to thirty real estate websites thus far but none compare to this in any way, shape or form. I don't know if this will reach the people you work for but I hope it does. It's blown the twenty five to thirty websites I visited right out of the water. It's finally nice to go to a website where they really care.

Theresa gave me useful information about how to price the property, I was planning to do $10,000 worth of repairs to the property, however based on her knowledge and expertise she pressed me to sell it "as is".  Within three hours of signing the listing, we had several offers for our listed price and one for $1700 more. We did sell "as is" and it was clear afterwards that the market was very hot for the property (a rental requiring work before occupancy) saving me the $10,000 expenditure plus the great price received for the property.  I greatly appreciated the quick sale and the professional manner all was handled.

My wife and I were moving to Tucson from Staten Island NY.  We had only a week to find a home to purchase before returning to NY.  Theresa took us to a lender to get pre-qualified and immediately took us out to look at property on the NW side of Tucson, as we wanted to be near our friends in Dove Mountain.  We found a patio home, which was perfect with great mountain views from the back yard.  We submitted an offer and it was accepted before we had to leave.  Theresa handled everything for us, coordinated title to FedEx everything to us with complete instructions, lender documentation as well.  She called us in Staten Island at least once a week to keep us informed.  She even had the carpets cleaned on her dime. Forget about it! She is the best and a very smart lady.
